Resident Success Story Update
We are overjoyed to share a beautiful update from one of our past residents of the Tiftarea House of Hope. Recently, she reached out with a simple but powerful message: “Thank you for everything you did for me.”
Today, she is working in her occupation of choice—a career she once dreamed of but wasn’t sure she could reach. She now has a safe and stable home for herself and her children, and she even has her own car. Her voice carried pride, gratitude, and hope as she shared how far her journey has brought her.
She told us that the support and encouragement she received during her time with us helped her regain her footing and rebuild her life. Hearing her joy reminds us why the work we do matters and how every act of compassion creates ripples that last far beyond a resident’s time in our program.
We celebrate her strength, her resilience, and the bright future ahead for her and her children. Stories like hers fuel our mission every day.
TESTIMONIAL
“It was when I was in the House of Hope that I was welcomed with open arms and no judgement. It didn’t matter where I had been, what I had done in my past - all that mattered was I was willing to make a change. I began attending church, Celebrate Recovery, and the job and life skill classes.
I got a job in my first 30 days. The women at the House of Hope showed me that I am loved, I do matter and I am forgiven. The House of Hope taught me structure and discipline, and most importantly, it taught me that I am not meant to go through life alone. That there are other women out there that care and don’t judge, and that I can talk to and who want to help me.”
TESTIMONIAL
“Just a few short months ago, I left a toxic situation. Now, I am so much better. My depression is minimal, and I just put a deposit on a house. My move-in date is quickly approaching, and my cats get to come home with me. God bless the House of Hope!”
